Michael's Radio Show

Michael hosted the very first internet-based radio show on the current science and religion dialogue. The show was called "The God Hypothesis," and it debuted on the VoiceAmerica.com radio network on Friday, November 5th, 2004 at 1 PM Pacific Time, and 4 PM Eastern Time. It was then rebroadcast precisely 12 hours later, at 1 AM Pacific Time early Saturday, Nov. 6, and 4 AM Eastern Time the very same night.

Each show lasted one hour, and listeners to the live show in the afternoon were able to call in to ask questions. Archives of each show are available here.

There were 13 consecutive broadcasts every Friday at the same time, until mid February, 2005 (not counting holidays, such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas and New Years). We gave away books during the show, and most shows featured high profile guests and a live call-in period for listeners who wanted to participate and ask questions.

The newsworthy, groundbreaking goals of the show included the following:

• A precise description and explanation of the current science and religion dialogue, in language that anyone anywhere could understand
• A complete resolution of the current creation vs. evolution debate
• The first formal scientific proof of the existence of the monotheistic God of the East and West
• The first scientific demonstration that the entire universe was designed and built around human (and possibly extraterrestrial humanlike) beings
• A logical reconciliation of the twin problems of moral and natural evil, without compromising God's perfect goodness and all--power
• The first full scale effort to promote world peace by bringing the East and the West closer together in an ideological fashion.

Western science has proven the existence and validity of all Eastern monotheistic religions, including Islam and Judaism. In fact, there are a great many Islamic listeners all around the world who anxiously awaited the first broadcast of this exciting new show, because they had already embraced the basic principles that have been set forth in Dr. Corey's book THE GOD HYPOTHESIS.

Each of these topics, of course, is newsworthy in its own right, and this fact alone contributed to the great historical significance of this radio show, since the scientific conclusions that were presented therein went a long way toward revolutionizing the way modern science is now viewed and understood throughout the world.
