The Importance of Hope
Is there any reason to be hopeful
in our fear-stricken post-September 11 world? Given the
horrendous terrorist attacks of September 11, do we still
have a reason to be hopeful about our future as Americans?
Whether it's the threat of anthrax, smallpox, or another
mind-boggling terrorist attack, we've all been shaken tremendously
as far as our belief in the goodness of life is concerned.
Fortunately, there is a reason for all of us to be eminently
hopeful about our future. In fact, it's the Biggest Reason
